we are Brett and Liz -(hubs and wifey)
Life is short and a few years ago we had a dream to make the most of it. In Jan 2019 we sold everything in our home, rented out our house, moved into our 1976 Airstream, and hit the road with our shiny tin can, 2 Toyotas and our 3 pups. The Airstream is super cozy and we took it down some dirts roads off grid as much as possible however we also love to hit the trails and camp places a 28’ trailer is never going to go and that’s what we built our Tundra and our Tacoma for.
We spent the first 3 months of our full time road adventures living in the airstream before storing her in Idaho for the summer. Then we explored, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Canada, Montana, and Colorado, Utah and Nevada in the Tundra before picking the airstream back up for winter.
Our goal was to spend a year on the road traveling down dirt roads, finding hot springs, hiking, exploring waterfalls and generally living everyday to the fullest. And we did just that and more.
When that first year was up we had a heart to heart and decided we both weren't ready to settle back down in 4 walls and a fenced back yard. So here we are continuing to live road life. The rigs have changed a little, the tacoma grew up and the Tundra was replaced with a 4x4 Van.
